Hi All!
I set myself a challenge this week, I know I only have the odd glass of water during the day as i'm quite a big tea and coffee drinker and with the 350ml's of milk that makes enough drinks to keep me going all day.
Since wed's however i've been having pints of water (or water with no added sugar squash) and trying to increase it day by day.
On wed's I had 3 pints and by fri I was having 5 but i'm stuck at that now, I just can't seem to get anymore in.
How much should I be aiming for?? How much do you drink and do you think it helps at all or just makes you feel better for drinking it really??
