Water Intake :D

I really dislike water on it's own unless it's super ice cold and only really if I'm at the gym and desperate...

So, I've been drinking squash :) Now, 8 glasses of normal squash would make a hefty dent in my points but apparently sugar-free is 0points a glass - is this right?

Also, what IS sugar free squash? Cos so far I can only find noaddedsugar, is this the same thing?

Anyone else drink green tea about here? I dunno what else to drink because I know it's slowing down my losses :p :sigh:

i drink robinsons no added sugar cordial and i got told this was ok ,i also drink diet fizzy ie pepsi max, and diet coke. have a good day x x
