Water tablets before TOTM

I never lose anything in the week before my TOTM would it help if I took Water Tablets that week

I'd love to know this as well, even though you know the reason why you don't lose, it is still disheartening when you have been trying so hard all week. Damn you Mother Nature lol x

I've been tempted to try these too. Trouble is, I think you have to take them for a few days before and I never know when I'm due!

I think drinking plenty of water would work just as well...and be better for you too

I think taking unnecessary medication just because you want to see a difference on the scales is a pretty bad idea. If you know it's the TOTM coming up, and you gain, you know you'll see it even out the next week. Diuretics have lots of side effects. Why don't you increase your water intake instead?

I always up my water intake before my totm. That will flush everything out of your system. Personally I don't think water tablets work anyway.
