    Right, ive had 6 pint glasses of water today. Is that enough or do I need to drink more? Whats the equivalent of that in ltrs? I must have pee'd about 150 times today I swear!! LOL!! :sigh:

    I think that's enough, 4 litres must be roughly 6 pints. Although they do say at least.............................:D

    approx 2 pints to a litre, so thats fabby

    SW, minimal bread!
    roughly 5 pints is enough and should cover the 2.25 litres recommended. Try and space it through the day

    Also fizzy water is lovekly for a change!

    Aww cool :D I just wanted to make sure I drank enough but stop drinking before 9ish because theres nothing worse than getting all cosy and warm in bed and then have to go for a pee..AGAIN! Ok I could think of plenty more things worse than that, but you know what I mean :) I hope! hehe xx
