Water???

Hi I'm quite a fussy drinker only ever used to drink full fat coke since starting sw I did convert to diet coke, but in struggling with drinking water or squash or even tea/coffee

Does the amount of water really help you to lose the weight!

I have my 3rd weigh in on thurs and I have lost 2lbs per week since I started, I'm hoping if water helps you to lose weight I'll lose more on thursday if I drink loads

It can help. I don't find it helps me much, but my mum lost a lot when he drunk more water as it helped reduce the feelings of hunger.
 
It works well for me if i drink two litres a day but then not so practical with running to loo every what feels like 10 seconds so swings and roundabouts!!
 
I don't particularly like plain old water so I started drinking the flavoured water. It helps me get my daily quota of liquids down and it certainly does help with weight loss.

Any weight loss programme will advise you to drink plenty of fluids...and diet coke/pepsi is fine too! :party0027:
