Can someone pls tell me why it is so important to drink your 2 l of water? Is it only to keep hydrated? I can't see how it would help keep you in ketosis. I'm on week 3 now and haven't cheated once and I'm out of ketosis... Don't quite understand. The only thing I'm not doing is having 2l a day, but again, don't see how that can kick me out of ketosis! I did have a bar a day for three days last week. Could that be it? Thanks
