Because the more you drink the more you need to pass water lol.

Annoying but it is worth it though. Keeps you hydrated and does seem to improve weight loss. The weeks where i've drank plenty I definitely seem to do better haha

I really think drinking water has been one of the the biggest differences for me - something I can pinpoint and say that it really helps me. It's so easy to ignore but as the poster above mentioned, I feel the weeks I drank more water consciously, the better the loss that week. Now I drink between 2-3ltrs per day and it's not forced. I wake up feeling thirsty, craving water and different times during the day so it is easier to drink the required amount.
