Do any drinks other than plain water or water with flavouring count? Struggling with the increase & being able to count tea etc would really help.

my take on Atkins, will do it until i'm bored then go back onto WW methods.
You can drink black tea/coffee... herbal teas from the leaf [not fruit/flower teas eg. lemon flavour etc]...

If you do ss+ you can have skimmed milk and a small meal - being able to drink coffee has been a life saver for me!!

Thanks guys. Do these other things count as water though or do I have to keep trying to drown my internal organs with the bog standard stuff?
