I always top mine up with a bit of hot water just to take the chill off and it goes down a lot easier. Also I use a sports bottle and just keep sipping at it. Its amazing how much you get through without really noticing that way. Give it a try
sports bottle type helps me, i like mine from the fridge..(great for making up shakes also).
My bottle goes everywher with me at first i found it tough as i wasnt a big drinker but as i'm week 3 i'm finding that i'm really thirsty for it??..strange!.
Other posts do say that the more you drink the better the loss but dont see how this works??
