Lunch, 2 jacket spuds with butterbud, cheese sliceys
Gerkhins, beetroot picked red cabbage and a yellow pepper lol.
 
tea wasnt had till like 10pm
but it was a spicey tomato veggie sauce with meatless meatballs n sketti
heB of cheese.. caus i'd used my other heA's
on cheese/milk

made up a pan of rice pudding with butterscotch flavouring, then puti n 3 ramekin type pots
had 2 before my tea as i didnthave time to cook owt.
And one later on, with a teaspn of choc spread mixed in OMG HOW NICE!
 
I found yesterday (saturday) really hard.
Didnt go to sleep till about 3am, was up at 7 with the kids then worked a 12-12 with a 20min break at 6pm.
I just wanted to gorge, I wanted to order a pizza and just face plant it!
But in me room, I had a chatter who made me go and get some fruit to see me through till I could have my tea.
So grabbed a narna, wasn't enough, so had an apple too!
Then fella made me some lm sausages n mash, no veggies or owt but I was so busy I had it.
Also while I was pondering if to order a pizza I had 3 jaffa cakes.
Oh also made that tomato soup, that one u blend with a picked onion. Had 2 bowls of that, still got half a blender full for today.

Big kids at their Dads last night n the toddler slept in till 9 :D
I'm still tired!
Had a couple of yogurts so far to stop me wanting to be norty.
I BLAME THE WEATHER!

Gained 1lb this week - not sure why, ho hum.
Still the longest I've been on plan without a slip up. So still happy in that respect.
Gonna bang in the superspeed foods this week, see if that makes a diff.

I know I had a chilli soya concotion for tea with a jacket spud...
Had that yesterday for lunch too
yesterday
banana, 2 jumbo snack a jacks (choc, think about 3syns each)
soya chilli - defatted soya mince, onion, pepper, mushrooms, kidney beans chopped toms, etc
tea - chips, beans and lm rosemary sausages and garlic mushrooms .5 syn
ooo thems were really nice - butter bud, garlic powder mushrooms water all boiled till scrummy!
oh and caus i'd nothad my he's
fibre+bar
and... erm... 2 gerkins wrapped in cheese sliceys... strange! but v v nice lol.

Been a bit bunged up :( tried lactulose, did nowt, so bought some tabs from morribobs.. good clear out yesterday! lol
Did take a couple more last night just to make doubly sure!


So far today - had a navel orange - omg how i've missed oranges! only caus they are a mare to peel like but soo juicy and nice. and a jumbo snack a jack - quite like these :eek:

After a 6pm-6am shift lastnight wooohoo
I'm off for a week!
Going to be hard, I know it is seen as its half term.
Kids off, more picky food, hopefully days out so packed lunches.

Today I slept in vv late! which was really nice.
Went bed at 6.30am got up at about 4pm
I needed it! now i'm flagging and ready for bed lol.
Got up had pineapple/strawb/blueberries with WW yog
Then made the fella scotch eggs for his packed lunch tomoz, one sorta fell in me mouth so today is an EE day now lol.
I made some chips, was meant to have a proper meal, ended up cheesy chips, bread, and red sauce n mayo to dipdip...
so heA and heB 1 meal
also devoured a couple of snack a jacks

So not the best day for variety of food/spr free foods, but ho hum still on plan :)

heA will be a snack of a cheese butty on a wholemeal barm (heB) after i've whooped the fella on this new boggle game lol.

I'm thinking tonights tea will be the tinned salmon pasta bake, gotta find a recipe to ignore for it though rofl.
HEA will be cheese sauce i think - unless i do it tomale based... we'll see rofl

T:- cod............ it smells!! not sure what i'm doing with the cod but its defrosting right now!

Ok tea was cod in breadcrumbs (heB) chips, mushy peas and 1/3 sf was garlic mushrooms and onions (butterbud 0.5 but shared between 2)

Tea is gonna be fish pie
Got a packet from tesco thats all mixed fish, not sure about teh sauce yet, but gonna be topped with tato
and side of veggies

5 laughing cow lights melted in water with mustard, salt pepper and herbs
Topped with mash.
5lcl = 6.25 syns, so half of that for my portion later = 3 syns...

Fish week day 5
:D enjoying it actually, still not allowed to do it again for a longggggggg time! he's a grump.

So far i've just cant get full since last night!

used ff yog in the egg to save syns/heA

L - possibly masala crab cakes, it does say chill for 5-6 hrs :confused: but i've nowt else planned.. we'll see, tea is a whole salmon with something! lol

Payday wednesday so Sunday shifts permitting gonna go see the meat man at the big market and stock up big time, lasts us a good 6mths when we go - saying that now i have the mincer may last less time.

Last few bits of steak out, he's having a proper steak, i'm mincing mine *obsessed me noooooo

pft headach n tired and i got work in 50mins, dont wannnnnaaaaa but needs must
 
Ok not updated, reason ermmmmmmm not got one! apart from being too busy to skive while working!
Still not got the body magic going yet.... time is something a mother of 4 who works 39+ hrs a week.

1lb off this week, the cycle is broken woohoo, did EE all week didnt find the lack of he's a problem.
Gonna do ee again this week i finks.
Been to the mini meat man,not as good value as the big meat man, but got enough chicken n beef to be going on with.

Time to meal plan.... been a bit slack n choosing last min.

was clearing the garden for littlest to play out and me back went achey
thought nothing of it carried on and it just got worse.
Took some zapain had a sleep,
then at about 9pm took some more..
10pm, my break time at work, went funny, took an anti sickness tab not soon enough, peppered the downstairs loo, i say loo, walls floor, missed the bog though grrr
Fella then went on to sort cover for the rest of my shift n sent me to bed.

Got up this morning and it was still hurty
so went to the walk in, been prescribed some anti inflammitory tabs.
Sooo yesterdays tea came back up, today done a green day, not enough veg i may add but i've not been overly hungry

T lm sausages, garlic mush made with butterbud and chips
