shouldnt! tried on some of my semi fat jeans, and they fit well if you ignore the muffin top, lmao - but these are then ones that judge when i'm toooooooo fat and the diet needs to start and caus I couldnt even do them up in january so its a defo :D

Fish pie :) with red and green cabbage, just waitin for the fish pie to cook.
Also made us both some jelly/fruit/yogjel combos, thems be setting in the fridge now.
Thats my snacks sorted for work caus its got the 1/3 sf in the strawbs in the jelly hehe

Well been off plan, now back on plan simples!
Also - day 3 of the 30day shred has been completed today woo woo woo you know it!!
13st 6 last week - so even with time off, its not 'that' bad could've been so much worse.
even tho only been back on the waggon for 2 days and 3 days of shred will still weigh in in the morning.
Can't wait to see the results after 30days. Feel a 'little' fitter already, well ok i managed cardio on the 3rd rep without dying! arms still need work and WILL use weights at some point! hard enough without them atm.

:) loving being back on plan keeps me focused :)

hunters chicken last night, with carrots and leeks and a rooster spud jacket eyes too big for belly so saved a chicken breast and used it today in a rosted veg, garlic and chicken soup. Added some lentils for good measure adn it was devine!

Not sure about tea yet, see what i can be bothered making, i think i may do the cowboy pie with the rice bottom and stuff.

Today EE day, didnt eat enough I know this,
Some mini quiches I made, packed with sf foods.
Then tea was a slice of a big quiche beetroot n a jacket spud.

Really not interested in fruit atm, but still eating loads of veg.
Need to drink water - failing in that atm

Had a hard week - not diet wise just life wise.
My baby ok my big boy! 6yr old had an eye operation on thursday - was so stressful :(
He's okay though but thursday started well - took a pre-packed fruit salad with me to the hospital.
Didn't fancy eating when he got put to sleep, but forced myself as i felt sick and feint.
Then he woke up - i went on a mission to get some goodies for him to eat as he was refusing everything.
Got myself a butty egg and bacon.
Then had half of his ham butty at home
Some mini cheddars, 2 donuts and 1 1/2 cheese burgers that the fella made.
So line under it and moved onto friday.

Got back on plan on friday :) am proud of myself for doing so.
Got a new obsession!
Warbies wrap pizzas - purfik on a green day with extra cheese and heb of chicken lol.
Not sure whats on todays menu as we have naff all food in and i have to brave the shops in a sec - reallllllllly dont wanna its cold and wet out there!

But aldi for some veggies and then asda for the rest, fella wants me to go tesco too for something on offer but he can go swivel!

ho hum we'll see what damage i did on mon/tues whenever I weigh in!

Tonight, hunters chicken again, with roasted new pots and broc n cauli - love this meal sooooooooo much! lol
