huge chicken tikka salad with olives (1syn)

dinner
bacon,egg,mushrooms,tomatoes 2 slices ww brown toast (hexb) ketchup (1 syn)

mixed melon and ff yogurt

2 alpen light bars hexb

total 9 syns

ps. I'd like to lose 4 stone in the next year too! It must be good to have something specific with the wedding to aim towards!
 
hiya..i was 17.5 stone last year and got to 13.5 ive put on 10lbs ish so need to get back on the wagon........:) good luck to you hun x

absolutely starving so had bacon and egg brown roll (hexb x 2) ketchup 1 syn

dinner
beef satay stir fry (2.5 syns sauce)

snacks
plain ff yogurt..2 mini merangues 4 syns, squiry crem 2 syns, lfat creme frech 2 syns

Dinner
nandos piri piri chicken (homemade)

slimming world chips (hexb)

homemade coleslaw with lf mayo (6 syns) and 40g low low cheese (hexa)

mixed salad

1 glass of weight watchers wine (4 syns) and soda water

snacks....yogurt/ham/boiled egg/cucumber
