    Morning all, I stepped on the scale today and although it says I have lost weight, my trousers felt tight this morning! Go figure :confused:

    B: Cottage cheese, peach, banana, skinny sf vanilla latte (HE A)
    MM: Mullerlight
    L: Wafer thin ham, 2 HB eggs, carrot & celery sticks
    MA: Mullerlight, ryvita (HE B)
    D: Quorn pieces curry, veggies, brown basmati rice (HE B)

    E: None today
    W: 2 litres

    Hey hun, mine are the same. My scales says i'm losing but i feel really bloated. Doesn't seem like im losing weight but i guess the scales can't be wrong.
    B: 28 g Nestle shreddies (heb) milk (hea)
    L: Wholemeal salad roll (heb) 2 light babybels and fruit
    D: Jacket potato, cheese and ham (5.5 syns) corn on the cob and salad.

    Fruit or mullerlight as snacks.

    Morning ladies :D

    Breakfast: 28g Shreddies (HE B) & Milk (HE A)

    Lunch: Muller Light, Strawberries, Kiwi Fruit and 3 x Extra Light Laughing Cow (HE A)

    Dinner: Roast chicken and salad with some mayo (2 Syns)

    Red Day Today (again)!!!

    Brekkie
    2 slices toast(hex b) with low fat spread (hex a) and marmite

    Lunch
    Salad with crayfish, noodles (hex b) and sweet chilli dressing (2 syns), mullerlite

    Dinner
    Quorn burgers with salad and cheese (hex a)

    Snacks
    2 chocolate mini rolls :eek:
    water

    Exercise 30 mins charlie brooks workout, 20 mins walking
