    MM: fruit salad, mullerlight

    L: Pasta salad, elf mayo (1 syn?), carrots & celery

    D: Pasta with homemade roasted cherry tomato pasta sauce, big salad

    S: fruit, alpen light bars HE B
    E: 30 min run, 30 min powerplates
    W: 3 litres
