Morning all, dragging today!

B: Skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, porridge HE B

L: Chicken skewers, salad, tzatziki

D: Bacon HE B & courgette pasta, cheddar HE A, salad

S: fruit, mullerlight
E: 45 mins on my bike
W: 3 litres

Morning! Dull and overcast here, but still warm.

Breakfast - Ryvita and laughing cow light with marmite
Lunch - tinned ravioli, activia fat free yoghurt
Tea - not 100% sure just yet, but maybe omelette and baked beans perhaps

Snacks - at the moment I have a whole melon chopped ready to pick at throughout the morning
Syns - nothing yet - however going to pub later so crisps or a crunchie
Exercise - cycled to work (35 mins), power plate and then cycle home again tonight (35 mins)
 
Morning everyone
Started bright and sunny here this morning in Wirral.:)
BF - Melon and Strawberries
Quorn sausages and 1 slice W/M (hexB) and 1 tsp LF spread (syn)
Lunch Feta Cheese (hexA) and salad, fruit
EM Spanish Tortilla type omelette, salad and SW chips
Exercise - Gym
Water - 500ml already:p Aiming for 2 litres:D

Breakfast: Weetabix & milk, Alpen bar, ff supernoodles
Lunch: Quiche (pasta & sauce, egg, cottage cheese & veg) with salad
Dinner: veg curry

Hoping to get to the gym, although these 14+hr days are doing me in!
 
breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with 3 weightwatchers brown danish toast spread with laughing cow & marmite
lunch: tuna salad, fruit and shape yogurt
dinner: quorn bolognese sauce with spagetti and sprinkle of dried cheese (syns)

snacks: fruit & yogurt
supper: alpen light (hex b) and cocoa (1 syn)

As you can see I'm doing mix 2 match today.
 
Wednesday RED

B: Muller light and mixed fruit


L: Chicken salad & Fruit with Mullerlight


D: Bacon & syn free sausage sandwich


Hex (a) Milk in drinks
Hex (b) 3 slices ww brown danish & hi fi bar

SYNS: 1 cadburys highlight drink 2
1 Black magic truffle egg 7.5 :eek:
