Have a look here:SlimFast and click on the recipes, loads of lovely ones. Aeso, get a good calorie book, one which gives you the calorie value of everything. There are, I think, sites on the web which give you fat, protein carbohydrate and calorie values. So long as you keep to 600C you can mix and match as you want. Brst of luck.
