I lost 14lbs!!!!
That's a whole stone in a week!!!!!

I am really, really pleased!
Yesterday I just wanted to eat. I wasn't hungry at all but was just longing for proper food, and then this WI this morning has totally spurred me on. I really want to stick to this diet, I never ever want to be this big again.
