Hi everyone, this is my first time on CD and my first weigh in was done today after only 5 days on SS+ and I've lost 4.5lbs which I'm really hapy about!
My CDC is trying to make me move up to 810 but I really dont want to my BMI is still around 28 and I have only done 1 week on SS+. I have an op in 1 months time so I'm just going to do SS+ until 1 week before then eat healthily to come out of ketosis. I'm upset I will have to stay off CD for 3 months but I will def try v hard not to undo all my effort in the next few weeks.
Just wanted to say thanks for everyone's advice and help so far, this forum has given me loads of support over the past 5 days
PS. I just want to ask those of you on 810, do you come out of ketosis? And if so isn't the diet unbearable as your hunger doesn't go?
