WEEK 1 WEIGH IN

hi abouttime. when i went on refeed last time i lost 5lbs that week. i think if you was to go on maintenence you could probably still lose weight as you would still be intaking a lot less calories that you would normally. you could still replace one or 2 of your meals a day and then have a meal. you could alternate it. 1 shake 1 day and 2 the next. i have a few things coming up like my 30th at the end of june, but if im not at around 12st by then i will have a celebraion when i am at target. i have some other birthdays too. it is hard but its worth it.

Well done everyone. I'm only on day 2 just cooked boys fish chips and mushy peas. It nearly killed me not to eat my youngests leftovers but I resisted - xXx
