Great start Harriet2! How are your energy levels? (to run I mean!)
yes seem to be fine at the moment though im not running very far..two days ago it was 1 1/4 miles so nothing really but im working up to bigger things :)

i take the dog with me when i go at the momentso i get two things done that same time and she loves it anyway so all good. when the bigger distances come along she doesnt like it so much so ill probably stop taking her when it gets over 2 miles. she just stops still and wont budge once shes had enough so not much fun for either of us lol (and shes a big girl)
