    Hey all, just a bit of a yippy!

    Week one is now complete and i have lost 10lbs 3/4. Was hoping for a full stone, but meh!

    Started at 23.12stone and now 23.1 1/4.

    Pretty happy with my WI and all that, so all those starting, its doable, just grin and bare it and you will be over the worst in no time!

    Week 7 = -8 16/10/08
