... and I lost 16lb!

Woo!

Out of obese in week one!

I'm sure it won't be anything nearly as dramatic next week (I'm hoping for 4lb to get me to a 20lb loss) but it's still great news!
fantastic :D great start !!

Thanks everyone!

I also was slightly embarrassed at today because, um, well my pants fell down a little and I revealed my boxers (Only a the top of them - but still! in the office!) to the receptionist! Fortunately, she thought it was quite funny and I was wearing quite nice ones today heh...

I can't believe it! In one week!

I wish I'd have measured my waist properly before I started - but looks like I'm going to have a buy a new belt as the tightest fitting doesn't fit any more! I can't buy new clothes yet, as I intend to loose quite a bit more!

That's a question for you all actually - what do you all do with your old clothes? I've got a good few pairs, for example, of 38" waist jeans - some of it designer... Any suggestions?

I daren't keep it as I'm not going back up to this weight! If my pants because too tight in future, I need to loose a few pounds!

Charity shop unless they are a really special item that you might want have altered - bit expensive though - make a pile and watch it grow as you lose weight - get a stones worth and then take to the shop and wave it bye bye :D
