    Well, after my first week SS 100%, had my weigh in this morning and i am down a MASSIVE 14lbs!!
    I am so chuffed and so pleased and it has really given me the incentive to continue.

    Thanks for the support for the last week, it has helped immensely!!!

    Thanks everyone! Am chuffed over the loss, feeling a bit gah in general though today, think i have broken my little toe (got out of bed last night and got one step across the floor before i realised my 2 legs were asleep!!) and am a bit tired but getting the water down and determined to stick at it!
