    Week one offically over theoretically. I didn't behave through my first week. But I'm now 11st 7lbs so I'm still chuffed. I'm aimng for a full SS week now to see if I can get to 11st or closeeee!

    I've lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist. I do feel slimmer and I love my skin with all the moisturizing I've started with the diet.

    I find now I'm thirstier all day, which makes drinking water alot easier.
