Week 1....

Aww thanks peeps not holding out for much next week as this is my second go on exante and first time I lost 10lbs week one then I was gutted to lose just 3 the week after!! If I hit 3 this week I will try not to be gutted just gotta think a stone in 2 weeks well that's bloody amazing !!!!!!! XXXXXXX

I started on Wednesday so only day 3, but can't wait for first weigh in.

How have you found the first week?
First week not too bad thought second time round might be harder but na pretty much plain sailing so far!! I know it get easier but I struggle when the lower numbers appear on the scales!! Not this time looking at bigger (or smaller lol) picture 3lbs a week is still 12lbs a month so just gotta deal with it and keep on track xx
Just gonna fill my diary with waffle till I'm at goal lol

First 3 days better than I expected.

I like all of the shakes and bars, struggling with plain water and discovered the exante water flavourings are high in carbs (or net/gross carbs - if you read the email exante sent me after I queried it), but over all better than I was anticipating - just hope it continues in this way :)
