Week 14 WI

Well as some of you know, i put a mega 13lbs on while i was away. I ate and drank far too much, but hey...I enjoyed myself!

I had my WI today and I would have been quite happy to have lost what I had put on and therefore staying the same.

But! I have lost the 13lbs, PLUS 3.5 lbs as well!! I am really made up. I'm back on track and on a mission for christmas!

thats my only worry when we go on hols in jan. putting some weight back on.

just out of curiosity did you do any exercise on top of LT?
to be honest, i have weeks where i exercise every day, and then i have weeks where i don't exercise at all. i havent' done any for about 3 weeks now LOL i'm really bad, i should make an effort to do more. i have a gym at work and i still don't make the effort to go in there very often. maybe i'll start again tomorrow...
