hi just back from nite out, as i said i get weighed in kilos !! so i'm done 2 lbs this week and 3 lask week and according to the scales 5.3 lbs !!! so i am at an .3 lb of an advantage already for nest week. happy out, 10 weeks of this would be 20 lb wonder i am looking for too much?????
