Wasn't so good last week - felt a bit down about it all really I suppose - I wasn't enjoying the shakes, but the tetras were fine and I really needed something to chew and to look forward to every day. I did like the soups though. So, CDC gave me bars yesterday, a week early I suppose, but it's made all the difference. I've not got any shakes to make up, but got tetras for breakfast, bars for lunch, soup for tea, and I'm feeling much more positive now. Feel I've got into the swing of it. The choc mint bar is fabulous and I loved how long it took me to chew! YUM!
Is the MAM worth getting? I hate faffing with the stuff and just want to eat/drink the packs normally - is the MAM easy to use and is it nice? How much is it and how long would it last (ie, how many packs would it make up?).
It's good to know that I'm not going to get any heavier and out of control now, and things will only get easier now I have the first weekend and craving for wine and curry out of the way!
