Hello, I have been on the TFR for 2 weeks now. My start weight was 15.8, im 20 and 5.6ft.
I lost a massive 13lb in my first week so was mega chuffed however i have fluctuated a lot this last week and i have only lost 3lbs this week!!
I am losing weight for my holiday in July and im completely motivated
However could anyone tell me what i can be doing to make my weight loses higher
