thanks girls....... still cant believe it. Ive eaten a choc orange CD bar tonight as a smug little appreciation reward to myself. God, Its gorgeous. But I know I have a loooooong way to go as I have another 4 stones to shift.
Is it achievable to do that by Feb?

totally doable mate, as long as you stick with it you should lose on average 1st a month... and a bit more in your first month. You can do it :) (PS have PM'd ya) x
