    Brill Lunar Jimmy fabulous weight loss in two weeks well done mate and also well done for staying off those Parmo Shots which i did wiki and it has helped me stay 100% this week ugh how could ya x

    Thanks everyone! I feel I'm doing really well, considering I'm on 1000 calories and not SS. I said to my CDC today I'll keep on that because I'm happy with the weight that's coming off, I'm dead pleased I've done nearly 2 stone! If it starts to plateau then I'll look at going SS...

    FB: good look with the WI tonight!

    :D Thanks JS, I'm really chuffed. I'm totally glad I started CD. It was Mrs. Lunar's idea, she just came out with it one day and we both started together. She's doing well too, 4.5 pounds off this week. 'They' say blokes lose quicker than ladies, but I've got more to lose lol
