    I started the new pro-points diet 2 weeks ago and am loving being able to still eat all my fave foods and see the losses on the scales!! I lost 8lbs in the first week,and had my 2nd weigh-in tonite & am amazed to have lost another 4lbs!! I still have a long way to go,but reading all the posts on here of how well u r all doing on your weight loss journey gives me the inspiration i need to keep going.
