Week 2 weigh in

Hey guys.. went for my weigh in to day and have lost another 4.5 pounds.. thought it would be more but am still happy.. should I do some exercise to up my loss???
 
Hiya hun, ya are well on your way to shedding a stone a month so I think ya are doing great!! Some people tend to do some light exercises a couple of times a week moreso as they dont want saggy skin afterwards but its really up to ya and how ya are feeling. All the best for next week but i seriously think ya are doing brillant

Fantastic loss well done!!!....if you feel up to exercise then i'm sure it will help, not only with the weight loss,but will help tone you up too...good luck!!! caz xx
