Well done hun! Great loss. TOTM does affect your loss but it means you will have a really good one next week usually. So you have that to look forward to!!!

she told me I had to drink more water...have too many keytones. have been drinking 6 pints a day.

Congrats on the weight loss. That's great.

6 pints isn't enough? I'm surprised. I was told as long as I drank 4 pints by my pharmacist that would be enough. I'm now up to 3-4 litres a day and the weight really seems to be coming off. Good luck with upping the water hun!

She said it depends on the body type. I am a big boned girl unfortunately...so i spose thats what it is. So i predict in my future a lot of peeing! :D

Well done honey! Thats absolutely brill! I only found out last week that you can actually be big boned, lol. I used to take the mick out of myself and say that but as i have had to study bones for my work, and the measuring of them and all sorts, it turned out i had the biggest bones out of everyone at work! Would love to be able to put that down to me being bigger but alas...it was the cheesecake that did it for me lol xx
