Week 3 and no loss!

Could be water retention hun, or maybe totm is about to show up?xx

Did you get measured? I'm not going to get measured every week but will save it for if I ever have a bad loss

Definatley get measured, you'll be surprised! It does help with the motivation when you see the inches melt away, even when you haven't lost lbs! Stick with it, you'll probably have a good loss next week. Important thing is not to get into 'why am i doing this' mode, you'll end uptalking yourself into eating!!
 
A lot of people experience a poor/no loss week at week 3. In my experience it seems to be the body taking a breather, after the shock of the last couple of weeks when things were moving along at a fair old pace!
Stick with it your body will catch up with your demands next week!
 
I'm just finishing my first week and I heard week 3 can be a tricky one. But def get measured as you've probably listed inches instead of pounds :) good luck :) x
