Good evening all
Week3 of S/W and I am not sure if I can achieve the results I need. I know I will feel better and it will give me confidence, but it's the meal planning, the varied food to stop me being bored, random questions of how much is too much watermelon and should I really be putting S/W chips in the oven at 11pm..
Out loud I am saying 2lb loss a week would be lovely. Inside I am beating my self up...
