ProPoints WEEK 3 Weigh in (At Last!!!)

My third week doing Pro points, and I posted before about having lost half a pound each of the first 2 weigh ins, and disappointed as I was I just hung in there, did the exercise, tracked everything and this morning was rewarded with a 4lb loss - yay! I am delighted. :) Maybe as you get older(ish) it just takes your body longer, but I wanted to let anyone out there who has had a disappointing start to just keep the faith and hang in there, if you stick to the programme you will lose, but maybe not each week. All your healthy choices, however small, do count towards getting to goal.Have a great day everyone.
