It is the weirdest diet I suppose because so far I haven't particular felt restricted. On points I had a tendency to end up hungry after using my points too early but now I have stuff available. Haven't been well this weekend and ended up eating bread and things to settle a very dodgy tum so probably off Core till tomorrow but don't appear to be holding much down so unlikely to be long term damage. It doesn't seem to work for everybody but it has really made me re-think my entire approach to food!
