Yeah I suppose Sarah, but I feel like only loosing 3lb in a week is quite annoying, as not cheated ever. So it's getting to me atm :/ xxx

Well done! 3lbs a week is fab hun....just think on any other diet youd be looking at 1-2lbs a week! Its all in the right direction hun (and where else could u have lost 2 stone in 5 weeks!) Your doing fab x
