Extra Easy week 4 weigh in ..... ecstatic :)

had weigh in this morning and was amazed lost 7 lbs this week, only needed the 1/2 for my half stone now only need a 1/2 for my stone so thats 13.5 lbs in 4 weeks

With regards to the stickers, as others said you can copy from them.
Squiddie has also put a very informative thread about stickers. I can't find it at the mo but if you search it will come up as it has been mentioned on several threads.
I'll tell you the way I do mine, and it's probably long winded but it works for me.

1. I copy the stickers from the SW site to my compter.
2. Then I upload them into my photobucket account (free site for storing pics etc)
3. I then copy and paste the link in my signature.
