Hi all,
Half way through week 5 on LLL and finding it a bit of a struggle at the moment. I'm feeling hungry quite a few times during the day.
I'm just wondering if I can ever be in full ketosis on LLL as I'd imagine I would be eating some carbs every day in my one meal??
Also I feel that the CBT/TA stuff can be a bit superficial. It also turns out that my counsellor was anorexic
. (I was under the impression that they had to have been through the LL or LLL programmes?)
Sorry for the rant on my first post..! I'm normally a very positive person
and am loving the fact that my shape is finally changing, especially around my tummy!
