Hi TattyMoo,

Don't despair... I have one of those WW type scales that shows water to fat ratio, etc. And I have noticed that my ratios change (more water) just before I have a loss. So, you are probably getting ready to drop some weight, then the ratios go back to higher fat to water.

Does this make sense?

My weigh in is tomorrow night but I track my progress on my own scales which give me a 2lb higher reading than CDCs each time so I know that I just minus 2lbs off of what mine say. I have been taking measurements and they havent changed either. It TOTM in about a week so maybe thats it? Or maybe as MM says, I'm about to drop weight.
Thank you for replies, maybe CDC will shed some light on it x

Take your measurements, I sometimes find that if I don't lose pounds I still lose inches, and that gets me motivated again.
