    Been 100% for 5 weeks and another 5lbs loss for me this week, can't beleive it as it is TOTM (luckily for me it doesn't seem to effect me). I am only 2lbs away from losing 2 stone...YIPPEE. Starting AAMW today so hopefully will get a loss next week. I feel so much better and happier in myself. I :heartpump: this diet so much.....and my CDC is going to sponsor me when I am at target to become a CDC, hopefully will start the training in April/May time. I'm a very happy little bunny this morning :):):):):):)
