Lost only 1.2 lbs this week.
There were a couple of days when I only managed to have 2 packs of food and have not been that hungry for my meal so actually ate less, this is probably why I lost only a pound. Will make sure I eat all the packs this week.
Has any one else had this problem? where they are just not hungry? x:wave_cry:

don't be down. We are bound to slow down.
I know what you mean about not being hungry. It is now a nuisance to eat !!
I too have only been doing 2 packs per day, so probably same will happen.
As I said keep your chin up you are still heading in the right direction. Next week you will have your smilies up again.
