absolutely brilliant ...i remember when you started shortly after me and I am so amazed at how well you've done....I lost 21 lbs in 5 weeks and had refeed week then wedding at weekend...have not been back for weigh in but feel a bit frumpy of myself like I have gained ....still undecided whether to return to tfr or try ww & gym route ......need to make decision soon or I will gain!!! I'm thinking I could do tfr for another month to 6 weeks and get into good shape for summer....???anyway well done to you & good luck with rest of your journey
