Great loss again, keep up the good work. Where else would you lose 2 and half stone in 5 weeks? Good for you.

Thanks everyone for all your kind words. You are so right Bev! I would be 5 months on other diets trying to lose that and I know I wouldnt succeed cause I'd go really well for a few weeks and then break out. I have about 8 or 9 stone to lose overall and it just seemed too big an amount to lose to diet by cutting down. TG for LT. It really is a Godsend.
For me its not even the numbers but I feel so much better physically. I can run around with my nephews and niece. My thighs are not sticking together when I walk. I am sleeping better and more awake and alert in the mornings!

Really pleased this diet is working wonders for you. It sounds as though your life has already improved so much, just think how you will feel when you reach goal!

Your goal may seem far away but believe me, it takes no time at all to be there. Keep doing what you're doing cos you're doing great.
