WILL be Slim!
2lbs is 2lbs of pure fat hun so dont be too disheartened!
I know its disappointing but you know where your going wrong so set yourself a challenge this week so up the water....and then see if that shows on the scales next week! :)
Your doing super and well done for being in the 12's! Its a good feeling!
I drink 5 litres of water a day and still only see losses of about 3lbs. Everyone is different and at least you didn't STS or put on weight.

Well done for 2lbs - it's still gone! Your losses so far have been really good so look at the total - a few weeks ago you weighed a lot more!:)
I agree don't be disheartened with your 2 lbs loss, is still going down rather than up, keep at it some weeks our bodies like to play games, you will be in your 11's soon. M xx

Well done !!!!!!!!!! I also struggle with the water, especially this week I have barely managed 2 pints, probably only 1 per day.

I think you are doing fantastic and should say woo hoo 2lbs of fat gone...........keep going !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
