Week 7 Weigh in

    Morning all - just back from week 7 weigh in, I lost another 4.5lbs, thought it would have been more due to low loss last week and exercise this week, but at least it's coming off consistantly:D

    3 more weigh ins before I refeed for hols in June:)

    thats a great weight loss, dont feel so bad keep upbeat your doing brill

    Thanks Lillie, Scousemouse & Garry - I guess I'm just impatient....wanted to lose 3 stone before refeed for hols:D

    I think yoour doing great! Brilliant loss! But I know what you mean about being impatient......I keep counting up how many weeks it is going to take me and wishing for the next weigh in from the second I walk out of the chemist!

    keep at it asthe results are there for all to see. Why not go and try something on that you couldnt squeeze into when you first started that is sure to cheer you up.
