week of hell

It has been horrendous for me this week, in the evening i dont normally get bothered by food, but this week im on hols off work, ive just eaten 2 packets of crisps and 2 cookies, ill just keep on with the water get weighed mon and move on, does anyone else find it a struggle when your out of your normal routine???????

I really struggle during the school holidays as the kids are home and they are always wanting to eat.

Yes I do but then I think that if I make it part of my routine then it's easier to stick to. Think of the kids holidays are like the weekend. Carry the water around with you and keep sipping. Above all, don't beat yourself up xx

It is hard when your routine changes. I find the trick is to keep busy and find things to do.

Hi, dont beat yourself up. I'm sure the cambridge diet is really difficult to stick to. As my understanding of the diet is that you can only drink milkshake, So i think you have really done well to lose the weight that you have done. stick with it
