Week off

    The Cambridge Diet
    I gave in... I had a terrible time with my TOTM and just ate, carbs mainly, I couldn't control myself and TBH didn't really try... Not going to beat myself up about it though. I've put on 2 pounds (luckily not more!!) so I'm starting a fresh tomorrow. My cdc is on holiday, and I'm dreading telling her, but I guess she'll understand. We are all human after all.

    cambridge, sole source. (trying!)
    dont beat your self up about it, you know you shouldn't of, but you did! like you said, we're all human!

    just start again, if you keep going over and over it you'll probably do it again!!!

    i'm sure your cdc will be very supportive (she should be!)
    at the end of the day the choice is yours - stick to it and lose.
    eat and put on, up to you!! x

    44lb is ace and your nearly half way to your goal!!
    concentrate on the big picture and tell yourself how well youve done so far, and how you can keep doing it!!
